Fun Find Friday
August 8, 2014
Location: Fantasyland, Magic Kingdom
Yesterday I was lucky enough to
dine inside Cinderella Castle at Cinderella's
Royal Table. The last time I had dined here was
back in 2004 when I had first started to really
get into the detail found throughout the parks.
Unfortunately, at the time, I didn't know about
the special fun finds that we will be taking a
look at today.
While the restaurant features one of the best views
of the park, there is more to the restaurant than meets the eye. The
theming of the restaurant truly makes guests feel like they are
dining in a medieval castle from the chairs to the wallpaper, but
most importantly, from the family crests hanging from the ceiling.

While the family crests hanging here appear to be
there for the added bonus of detail to the restaurant, as always,
there is more to it than meets the eye. So what makes these so
special? Just like Walt Disney's family crest can be found on
Cinderella Castle, the family crests found here actually belong to
the various Imagineers that helped make the Magic Kingdom a reality!
Just goes to show once again that no detail has gone untouched!
