Back in 2009 Disney released a half hour Christmas
special with the hope that the special would someday be watched
regularly at Christmas with other specials like Rudolph and Frosty
the Snowman. The show? Prep and Landing! The special focuses around
two elves, Wayne and Lanny, who have a very important job: arrive at
all the homes before Santa to prepare the homes for his arrival. The
show ended up being loved by fans of all ages who watched it, which
naturally in turn, meant it would be incorporated into the parks in
some way, shape, or form.
If we head over to the Osbourne Family Spectacle of
Dancing Lights you will notice that six windows on one building now
feature projections of the inside of the apartments (this was added
last year to the Osbourne Lights). Throughout the night guests can
find Christmas trees, snowmen, snow globes, trains, etc. inside the
window much like the picture below:

While we get to see these Christmas items sitting in
the window, at the start of different songs guests may realize that
they aren't there. Where are they exactly? With a careful and quick
eye guests can see that Wayne and Lanny are on duty tonight and are
preparing for Santa's arrival of these Christmas gifts!

So there you have it! If the Osbourne Lights didn't
represent Christmas enough, we can now see that Santa is truly on
his way here on the Streets of America!
