Hollywood. It's the dream town. Everyone looking for
stardom makes there way out there. Very few succeed while others
fall by the wayside. However, there are those untold stories of
people who make it to Hollywood and, although they never become the
stars of the films, they do get their foot in the door at studios.
Today I'll be sharing one of these stories.

We all know the powerful names in celebrities
throughout time: Charlie Chaplin, Audrey Hepburn, and of course,
David Spade. Then there are the big time producers and directors we
all know: Steven Spielberg, George Lucas, and the one that brings
all of us together, Walt Disney.
While all of these people are household names at one
point or another in their career, there are those people who stand
behind and hope that one day they can move up the movie ladder to
stardom as an actor or as a producer. Luckily for us, we can spot
where these people meet up in our very own Disney's Hollywood
Studios. On one of the windows above Villains in Vogue you can find
the following window:

Here we find the International Brotherhood of Second
Assistant Directors, or fittingly with not having the dreams
fulfilled yet, the initials humorously state: IBSAD.
