D23 Event
On March 10th, 2011, I went to the Walt Disney
Studios lot to watch The Absent Minded Professor. This is where Walt
Disney himself spent most of his time which is so cool when you
think about it!
The first thing I did was go through the security
gate. We checked in at the gate where we were escorted by security
to the parking garage. On the way we saw the Walt Disney Studios
Fire Department. We then walked to the theater which is about one
mile from the parking garage. I checked in and received a patch!
We arrived at the theater over an hour before the
movie actually started. We watched the film and once the screening
was done, we got to go to the store in the Walt Disney Studios lot!
We were able to buy some things from the store. I
then went over to Mickey Ave. and Dopey Drive which I read about
during a Fun Find Friday!
Getting to the lot is very easy. You just have to
exit the freeway near River Side Drive. That's how I got there at
least!
If you ever get a chance to go, make sure you do!
It's a lot of fun!
