Don Karnage is the dastardly pirate from the classic Disney Afternoon line up 'TaleSpin.' He can also be found in the television show 'Raw Toonage.' In video games he can be found in the very challenging classic NES title TaleSpin. Don Karnage was more of a staple back when the TV show was on, but he could be found in clothing, books, toys, and I evem have a Don Karnage pin, which is one of my favorite pins I have ever gotten. I always wished TaleSpin would have gotten a movie even if it was a straight to DVD film.

He is from Pirate Island and often makes appearances in Cape Suzette. He has many allies such as Ratchet, Mad Dog, Dumptruck, Gibber, Fat Cat, and the rest of the villains in the Disney universe. His enemies include Baloo, Rebecca, Kit Cloudkicker, and the rest of the Disney characters that fight against the forces of evil.

Don Karnage is a wolf; he wears grey boots, blue pants with a red sache around his waste, he also carries a large sword and wears captains jacket that is blue with yellow and red colors on it. He is an evil pirate, although not very intelligent.

*FUN FACT* Animators model him after Desi Arnaz from 'I Love Lucy.'

He was voiced by the voice legend Jim Cummings who has voiced characters from shows and movies such as DuckTales, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Darkwing Duck, Bonkers, Hercules, Adventures of the Gummi Bears, Chip 'n' Dale Rescue Rangers, Pocahontas, House of Mouse, Gargoyles, and Goof Troop.

Don Karnage was once a meet and greet character in Disney parks around the world but he is now retired. I have heard you can still see him on extremely rare events. He could also be seen in Disney on Ice back in the day. I would love to see Disney Afternoon make a come back even if it was just re-runs people would still tune in.
