The Evil Queen

The Evil Queen is from the
very first Walt Disney animated film, 'Snow
White and the Seven Dwarfs,' which hit theaters
in 1937. She can also be found in films such as
'Mickey's House of Villains,' "Snow White and
the Huntsman,"'Mickey's Magical Christmas:
Snowed in at the House of Mouse,' "Mirror
Mirror," and she has a cameo in 'Who Framed
Roger Rabbit?' In television shows she can be
found in 'House of Mouse' and the hit ABC show
'Once Upon a Time.' In video games she can be
found in Disney Universe, Disney's Villain's
Revenge, the Kingdom Hearts series, and Snow
White and the Seven Dwarfs. In other merchandise
she can be found in clothes, vinylmations, toys,
books, and pins.
She lives in her castle with
her pet raven and magic mirror. She has many
allies she can count on when needed such as the
magic mirror, raven, and the rest of the Disney
villains. Her enemies include Snow White, the
Seven Dwarfs, the Huntsman, The Prince, and the
rest of the forces of good.

The Evil Queen appears in to
different shapes in the film. Her normal look is
a purple dress with a black hood, a
black/purple/white cap with a large white
collar. She also wears a large gold crown and a
belt that is a rope. When she transforms into a
hideous witch she becomes very old, has grey
hair, wears a black cloak, has a very large
nose, and has a humpback.
She has been voiced by a few
people over the years such as Lucillie La Verne,
Louise Chamis, and Susan Blakeslee. She was
created by Albert Hurter, and Joe Grant. She was
also animated by a host of legendary animators
such as Glen Keane, Art Babbitt, and Bob Stokes.

The Evil Queen can be found in
Disney parks around the world. She can be found
in Snow White's Scary Adventure, Mickey's
Boo-to-You Halloween Parade, SpectroMagic,
Fantasmic!, Disney's Once Upon a Dream Parade,
Villains Tonight, Walt Disney: One Man's Dream,
and the Midship Detective Agency. She can also
be found in Disney on Ice performances.
