Lawrence Finnegan Whitman (Finn Whitman) is the leader of the Kingdom Keepers, Ridley Pearson's books based on five DHI's (Disney Host Interactive), who crossover when they sleep into the Disney parks to stop a group of extreme evil "Overtakers." The Overtakers want to take all the fun and happiness out of the parks and it is up to Finn, Charlene, Philby, Willa, and Maybeck to keep that from happening.

Finn Whitman is 15 years old and lives in Orland, Florida where he attends Winter Park High School. He lives with his father, mother, and little sister. He can always count on his friends, the other four Kingdom Keepers, along with Amanda, Jess, Dillard, Wanda and Wayne. He has had many adventures since he started his role as a Disney hologram tour guide.

Finn dresses like every other teenager; it varies on a daily basis, but before bed he dresses in dark clothing and wears his black painted running shoes so when he crosses over it will be harder for the Overtakers to see him. Finn has a major crush on Amanda, which Carlene isn't too happy about.

I know a lot of people are hoping Kingdom Keepers to be turned into movies or even video games on the major game consoles. I for one would love to see this turned into both. I think they would both be a fantastic edition to Disney films and games.

The Kingdom Keepers aren't found in the parks, but maybe someday that will change. Ridley Pearson and Disney are teaming up for a youth program which allows classes to follow the books in the parks. Booking for Kingdom Keepers Quest starts in May and will begin in Fall, 2011.
