Goofy
Goofy is the lovable yet
extremely clumsy character
created in 1932 by Art Babbitt.
Ever since his first appearance
as Dippy Dawg in Mickey's Revue,
he has been a fan favorite.
Goofy can be found in so many
things. He has appeared in
movies like A Goofy Movie, Mickey's House of Villains,
Saludos Amigos, Mickey's
Christmas Carol, Fun and Fancy
Free, An Extremely Goofy Movie,
Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas,
Mickey, Donald and Goofy: The
Three Musketeers, Mickey's
Magical Christmas: Snowed in at
the House of Mouse, Mickey's
Twice Upon a Christmas and a
cameo in Who Framed Roger
Rabbit. He has also been in
television shows like House of
Mouse, Goof Troop, Mickey Mouse
Club, Have a Laugh!, Mickey
Mouse Works, various cartoons
like, my personal favorite, the
"How to series," and a cameo in
Bonkers. He can be found in
video games such as Goof Troop,
Disney Golf, Kingdom Hearts
series, Disney's Magical Quest,
Goofy's Fun House, Goofy's
Hysterical History Tour, Disney
TH!NK Fast, Kinect
Disneyland Adventures,
along with a few others. Finally
Goofy can be found in various
comics, merchandise, and other
things.
He has had quite a few different
homes over the years. He has
lived in Mouseton, Mickey's
Toontown, Disney Castle, and
Spoonerville. He has a
son Max Goof, and has
many friends such as the rest of
the fab five, Ludwig Von Drake,
Chip and Dale, Daisy Duck,
Clarabelle Cow, and Horace
Horsecollar. His enemies include
all of the Disney villains,
along with Pete, The Phantom
Blot and the Beagle Boys.
Goofy has worn many different
wardrobes over the years, but
his most common is his green
hat, an orange long sleeve
shirt, blue pants, brown shoes,
white gloves, and a vest which
has changed colors over the
years. Although one of my all
time favorite costumes for any
character at a Disney park would
have to be Goofy dressed in his
Darth Vader outfit for Star Wars
Weekends.
He has been voiced by four
people over the years. They were
Pinto Colvig, Hal Smith, Tony
Pope, and the current voice of
Goofy is Bill Farmer.
Goofy can be found in Disney
parks all over the world. He is
a well known character that can
be found in various locations.
He can be found in attractions
and parades such as Mickey's PhilharMagic, Goofy's Sky
School, Minnie Oh! Minnie!,
Mickey Mouse Revue, One Man's
Dream, Dream Along With Mickey,
One Man's Dream 2: The Magic
Lives On!, and Fantasmic!
