Monterey Jack

Monterey Jack is the rough and
tough mouse from the hit Disney Afternoon show,
'Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers.' He will also be
seen in the upcoming 'Chip and Dale Rescue
Rangers' film coming to theaters in 2016. He can
also be seen in video games including Chip 'n'
Dale Rescue Rangers, Chip 'n' Dale Rescue
Rangers 2, and Chip 'n' Dale Rescue Rangers: The
Adventure in Nimnul's Castle. Finally in other
merchandise he can be seen in comic books, toys,
clothing, Disney art, vinylmations, and pins.
He lives with the rest of the
Rescue Rangers in a tree in the City Park. He
can always count on his friends Dale, Gadget,
Zipper, Chip, and the rest of the good Disney
characters. His enemies include Professor Norton
Nimnul, Fat Cat, and the rest of the evil Disney
villains.

Monterey Jack is an overweight
brown mouse. He has green eyes, large ears, a
big brown nose, red hair, large teeth, and a big
bushy red mustache. His outfit consists of a
blue turtleneck, a brown trench coat, a brown
bomber hat, and a pair of goggles. His favorite
thing in the would is cheese, which has gotten
him into a heap of trouble over the years. He is
very tough, sassy at times, but he can also be a
big chicken as well.
He has been voiced by a few
people over the years including the extremely
talented Jim Cummings (who has voiced well over
100 Disney characters and counting) and Peter
Cullen.

Monterey Jack and the rest of
the Rescue Rangers can't be found in Disney
theme parks anymore. You could have found them
back when the Disney Afternoon was in its prime.
It would be really great to see Disney bring
back the Disney Afternoon and integrate these
old school cartoon characters into the parks in
some shape or form. I think the Disney Afternoon
could be as popular now as it was back then.
