PJ

PJ is one of the main characters in the old Disney
Afternoon show, 'Goof Troop.' He can also be found in the films 'A
Goofy Movie' and 'An Extremely Goofy Movie.' Along with 'Goof
Troop', he has a cameo in 'Bonkers.' His first appearance came in
1942 in the short film, 'Bellboy Donald.' In video games he can be
found in the Goof Troop video game. In other merchandise he can be
found in toys, games, clothing, pins, books, and Disney art.
He lives in Spoonerville where he lives with his
dad (Pete), mother (Peg), and sister (Pistol). People he can count
on when needed are his best friend Max, Chainsaw, Bobby, Debbie,
Goofy, Mocha Chino, Tank, and the rest of the good Disney
characters. His enemies include Duke, Bradley Uppercrust lll,
Principal Mazur, the Gammas, and the rest of the evil Disney
villains.

PJ has worn a few outfits over the years, but the
two main ones consist of blue jeans, a jean jacket, pink turtle
neck, brown shoes, and white gloves and also blue jeans, brown
shoes, blue short sleeve shirt, and white gloves. He is extremely
loyal, very friendly, and extremely shy. He was very easy to relate
to growing up because he had a lot of insecurities that a lot of
people have growing up.
He has been voiced by two people over the years:
Rob Paulsen and Clarence Nash.

Unfortunately, PJ can't be found in Disney parks.
I would love to see Disney create an area that deals with all things
Disney Afternoon. It would be very nostalgic, and it is nice seeing
them selling more Disney Afternoon merchandise in the parks.
