Pumbaa is one of the main characters from the 1994 Walt Disney animated classic 'The Lion King.' He can also be found in other movies such as 'Mickey's Magical Christmas: Snowed in at the House of Mouse,' 'The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride,' and 'The Lion King 1 '.' He can also be seen in television shows such as 'House of Mouse,' 'A Poem Is,' and 'Timon and Pumbaa.' In video games he can be found in The Lion King, Disney Universe, Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion, Meteos: Disney Magic, and the Kingdom Hearts series. In other merchandise he can be found in toys, books, pins, Disney art, clothing, vinylmations, and games.

He lives in the Pride Lands, with his friends Simba, Zazu, Timon, Rafiki, and Nala. He can also count on Sarabi and the rest of the Disney heroes when needed. His enemies include the hyenas, Scar, Zira, Ed, Shenzi, Nuka, Banzai, and the rest of the evil Disney villains.

Pumbaa is a very overweight warthog, he has a black mane, black hooves, white tusks, a pink belly, and a pink snout. He also have a long tail, and long pointy ears. He is extremely clumsy, fun loving, and smart when he needs to be. He also has a heart of gold, even if he doesn't like what is asked he will do everything in his power to help his friends, even if it is putting his life on the line.

He was animated by Tim Allen, Tony Bancroft, Edward R. Gutierrez, Ron Husband, and David Pruiksma. He was voiced by the wonderfully talented actor, Ernie Sabella (who was Mr. Carosi on Saved by the Bell, when they all worked at the Malibu Sands Beach Club for the summer)

Pumbaa can be found at Disney theme parks around the world. He can be found in Fantasmic!, Festival of The Lion King, It's A Small World, and the Circle of Life: An Environmental Fable. He can also be found in the Sorcerer's of the Magic Kingdom game, and in various references throughout Disney's Animal Kingdom. He can be found in certain Disney on Ice performances, and also Disney Cruise Ships in the Wishes musical. He can finally be found in the mega hit Broadway musical 'The Lion King' which is amazing!
