Princess Jasmine

Princess Jasmine is the female lead from Walt Disney’s Aladdin which was released in 1992. She can also be found in the films “Mickey’s House of Villains,” “The Return of Jafar,” “Mickey’s Magical Christmas: Snowed in at the House of Mouse,” “Aladdin and the King of Thieves,” and “Disney Princess Enchanted Tales: Follow Your Dreams.” She can also be found on television shows like “Aladdin: The Series,” “House of Mouse,” along with cameos in “Hercules,” and “TaleSpin.” It is also rumored she will be appearing in the new show “Sofia the First” which can be released at some point in 2013. Like most princesses, video games are where they seem to appear in the most. She can be found in Aladdin, the Kingdom Hearts series, Disney Universe, Kinect Disneyland Adventures, Disney Princess Enchanting Storybooks, Disney’s Aladdin in Nasira’s Revenge, Disney Princess: Enchanted Journey, Disney Princess: Magical Jewels and Disney Princess: Royal Adventure. Finally she can be found in other merchandise such as clothing, pins, books, and toys.

Jasmine is from the kingdom of Agrabah where she lives in the Sultan’s palace with her father, Aladdin her husband, Rajah, Genie, Abu, and Iago. She has many friends such as Genie, Carpet, Cassim, Sadira, and the rest of the forces of good. Her enemies include Jafar, Abis Mal, Haroud Hazi Bin, Nasira, and the rest of the forces of evil.

She has worn many different outfits over the years, but her most popular being the classic teal pants, shoes, top, and a headband with a jewel on the front of it. She also wears a gold necklace, gold earrings, and gold waist band with an assortment of jewels. She is very skinny, has brown eyes, and very long black hair. She is very friendly, extremely smart, and loves going on adventures with Aladdin.

Jasmine is voiced by two people: while talking she is voiced by Linda Larkin, but her singing voice is provided by the unbelievably talented Lea Salonga. Both were present during the Disney Legends ceremony at the 2011 D23 Expo. It was my favorite part of the Expo seeing all the Disney princesses singing. Jasmine was animated by Mark Henn.

Ferb

Ferb Fletcher is one of the main characters from the hit Disney Channel series �Phineas and Ferb.� He can also be found in the film Phineas and Ferb The Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension. Phineas and Ferb will also be heading to the big screen again in the summer of 2013. In TV shows he can also be seen in Take Two with Phineas and Ferb while in video games you can find him in Disney Universe, Phineas and Ferb, Disney Channel All Star Party, Phineas and Ferb: Across the 2nd Dimension, and Phineas and Ferb Ride Again. He can finally be seen in various forms of merchandise such as clothing, pins, toys, and books.

He lives in the town of Danville with his father, stepmother, stepbrother, stepsister, and their pet Platypus, Perry. Ferb and Phineas are geniuses and can build anything they set their minds on. His friends include Baljeet, Jeremy, Buford, Isabella, and the rest of the fireside girls. He also has a huge crush on Vanessa Doofenshmirtz. His enemies include Dr. Doofenshmirtz, Khaka Peu Peu, and Mitch.

Ferb has worn several outfits in Phineas and Ferb, but his most common outfit is a yellow button collared shirt with a white collar, black and white shoes, white socks, and purple pants with a purple belt. He has green hair, a large nose, and blue eyes. One of my favorite outfits he has word with Phineas is The Beak costume, which was one of the most amazing episodes in my opinion.

He was created by Jeff Marsh and Dan Povenmire. When Ferb sings he is voiced by Danny Jacob, but when he talks he is voiced by Thomas Sangster.

*FUN FACT* Before it was decided that Ferb would be British Mitchell Musso, from Hannah Montana, was in line to perform his voice.

Ferb can be found in Disney parks around the world including Walt Disney World and in Disney California Adventure. There are rumors that he will be seen in the upcoming new attraction in Epcot called �Agent P�s World Showcase Adventure.� He can also be found in the fun Disney California Adventure dance party, �Phineas and Ferb�s Rockin� Rollin� Dance Party.�
