Gus is the lovable mouse in the 1950 Walt Disney animated classic, 'Cinderella.' He can also be found in the films 'Cinderella 3: A Twist in Time,' 'Mickey's Magical Christmas: Snowed in at the House of Mouse,' 'Cinderella 2: Dreams Come True,' and in the upcoming live action 'Cinderella' set to be released in 2015. In television shows he can be found in 'Once Upon a Time,' 'House of Mouse,' and 'A Poem Is.' In video games he can be found in Disney Princess: My Fairytale Adventure, Disney Princess, Cinderella: Magical Dreams, Cinderella Dollhouse 2, Disney Princess: Enchanted Journey, Kinect Disneyland Adventures, Meteos: Disney Magic, and Disney's Cinderella Dollhouse. In other merchandise he can be found in toys, books, pins, Disney art, clothing, and vinylmations.

He has lived a few different locations over the years such as the King's Castle, Grandma Duck's farm, and at Cinderella's Chateau. He has many friends he can count on such as Bruno, Prince Charming, Cinderella, Jaq, the birds, The King, Grandma Duck, Major, the other animals, and the rest of the good Disney characters. His enemies include Drizella, Lucifer, Anastasia, and Lady Tremaine.

Gus is a very plump brown mouse with a big brown nose, he wears a green hat, yellow shirt, and brown shoes. He is very clumsy, heroic, and helpful. He loves cheese'well, all food really.

He was animated by Ward Kimball and Fred Moore and has been voiced by Corey Burton, Frank Welker, and James MacDonald.


Gus can be found in some form in Disney parks around the world. He can be seen in Fantasmic!, SpectroMagic, Mickey Mouse Revue, Cinderella's Golden Carousel, Main Street Electrical Parade, It's A Small World, and Cinderella's Fairy Tale Hall. He can also be seen as a meet and greet character during special events and parades. Finally he can be seen in certain Disney on Ice performances.
